Fashion Show

Many thanks to all of the people who helped out at the Fashion show On Thursday 2nd February 2006.  It was a great success and we are especially proud of our budding models!!  The event was very successful and a great big thank-you goes to everyone who was involved in setting up the show.

The Friends of Yardley Gobion School are a group of parent who work to raise money for extra school resources that would not be achievable without their help.

The committee has had several changes in the academic year of 2004-2005 with some long standing members moving on from the school.  The new committee has continued to be busy with fundraising during the year. 

The following events have been held over the Winter and Spring term, raising:

The Friends' main purpose during the year has been to finance an Interactive Whiteboard for the school costing £1,541.50. Fundraising has also allowed the purchase of a book of playground games, a donation of £50 to the School Council and £50 to each class teacher to spend at the Education Fair.
